Rock Star and Super Star have and will continue to make a difference. Here are just a handful of the many things people tell us everyday…If you want more, believe us, we got em. Email us more your comments at info@weareoneonline.org.
My Boyfriend committed suicide 4 months ago...God rest his soul. He Over Dosed on Prescription meds for pain..oxys, perks, sleeping pills.. because they were actually depressing him.. it took alot less pills than youd think. These people need to be SHOCKED in order to get to them quickly and effectively or its too late...
We (I) need people like you to help us all keep it together. It's so easy to fall back into the "rut" if you will. What a great revalation you promote. Peace be onto you and all God willing.
You can overcome every struggle by staying positive! Best of luck. my addiction is LIFE!!!!! i guess thats why i keep going, even though it feels like the most difficult thing in the world sometimes! in reality......its the greatest to me even when its the worst! I wake up EVERY DAY and have lots of surprises(good and bad), but life is AWESOME!!!!!!! I am just glad that God has decided to keep me here on this Earth(for now, anyway)! No matter what happens......I'm alive and still breathing and have the most beatiful and precious daughter in the world!!!!!!
I commend you for your work on promoting sobriety. Sobriety is a very hard thing to achieve once a person has lost control of it. (speaking from experience) ROCK ON!!!
Do your best to work an honest program and surround yourself with people who love you. Know the warning signs. There are no failures ,only people who have not hit Rock Bottom yet. And sometimes DEATH is there bottom.
Sobriety is very important to many of us..even those not in the music biz! It can be very difficult at times and I know this for a fact so I think it's great to share it with others.
What a great thing you are doing! God Bless! I do not have an addiction problem, but I am dealing with a beloved family member who has a very severe addiction that I am afraid is going to take her life.. In many ways it already has.. Keep up the positive work. People like you make the world a better place.
Thanx for taking time out of your schedule to make a "DIFFERENCE" in so many lives~!!!!!
Best wishes to you on your very worthy cause in promoting sobriety with the release of your book and CD. As you can about imagine, so many of us have lost family members, friends, and high school classmates as a result of addiction. I applaud your efforts in reaching as many peopl...e as you can about the illusion of drugs and what serenity really is.~
Just let the kids know to follow their dreams... drugs wont always kill you.. sometimes they just kill everything around you! Why live in the dark when the you are in the light so much shines for you. So stick to the dream and make music not unwanted memories.
Alcohol affects my ear; weed makes me paranoid. Imagine performing: "They're all looking at me!" and then singing out of key. No thanks. I like to be in control of myself and my actions. I might not always be "High on life" as we used to say in the 70s, but music alone gets me high enough in that moment that I don't need anything else.
what you are doing for the youth is sooo admirable!
You are a GENUINE BLESSING!!
You give a lot of hope and show you care.
You are an inspiration to so many. Keep up the good works.
You're helping me alot it makes it a lot easier when you know someone doing what you are. Thanks!
Wow!! What an incredible story you have on here....amazing!!
You are an inspiration to so many, and cheers to your wonderful message and musical journey!
Stellar heart to open your arms to others in need. Being a bartender of over 25 years Ive seen so many fall and wither from addiction. Intervention is so needed for so many.
Life is awesome being clean and sober. My children saw the using side of me and they are seing the clean and sober side of me. My wish is that all kids get the chance to see how wonder life can be without chemicals. Thank you for being in the spot light more will see how wonderful life is.... Awesome work!!!!!!
It doesn't matter how many times you fall or can't finish something you started. The important thing is that you never give up and remember every time you try (even if it's over and over) you are getting closer & closer to overcoming your struggles.
You sound as tho you have gained strength and knowledge as to how to manage this struggle.. So glad to see you are doing well, and I am sure you will continue to do just that..
It doesn't matter how many times you fall. What matters is that you don't stay down. You keep getting back up. You keep fighting; the devil wants you to stay there, but GOD wants to help you get up and stay up. GIVE HIM A TRY!! BE BLESSED!!
Most of us are human! Mistakes happen! Learn from them and you will be that much better.
What you do is amazing. My son was an addict very bad, he is now 18 and has his life together. But very scary every day. I am very proud of him, he was 16 when he knew he needed and wanted the help, some go on forever and dont think they have a problem, he knew he did ...he is an amazing young man with lots going for him..been rough few yrs but life is good now. he is going to use his life on experiences to become a camp councillor and to be a teacher. he gets his feelings out with songs he writes. and i have to say again, it is great what you are doing and not afraid to say you had a problem, :)
I praise you for staying so positive..
I will definitely spread the word. You are saving lives. Thank you so much!
Life is all about moving forward. Every day is a chance to get things right.
Love what you are doing - let me know if I can ever help! Time to celebrate all that we are and give love to what ails us.. Blessings...
Some people think a man should be measured by his faults and the mistakes he makes, others by the way he deals with them to make things right. Sadly, many people will stop at the first part without giving you the chance for redemption... All we can do is keep trying and have patience...
I pray my kids remember my brother Jeremy's early death to herion everytime they are faced with a choice. Amen!!

The work you're doing is wonderful and I hope it reaches a lot of people. So far I'm lucky - the only addiction in the family is to nicotine (smoking).

Just keeping your sobriety in check daily is hard enough but the fact you have reached out to help others do the same...says so much about the caliber of man you are....thank you for being there for so many ppl.

Even though I party like a Madman, i totally AGREE you have to exercise temperance and moderation. drugs are a good servant, but a cruel master :(
